Bad weather, snow and ice, we did not miss anything in the end of the year that has just left. Recognizing the exceptional weather events that occurred during the week of Christmas, although the schools have reopened regularly between ice and pieces of fallen branches.

In the morning the situation is difficult and has not received any notice or communication, at the risk of breaking some bones there is going to accompany the children a scuola e a svolgere le proprie attività. Già molti bambini erano presenti nei locali della Scuola affidati a bidelli e insegnanti.
Poi avviene l’imprevisto: ore 8.15 viene comunicata l’Ordinanza del Sindaco di chiudere le scuole. Comincia l’odissea, la ricerca telefonica dei genitori che avendo già lasciato i loro figli a scuola si avviavano ai luoghi di lavoro, sono costretti a rientrare per andare a riprenderseli.
Questo evidenzia una grande mancanza di rispetto e considerazione nei confronti delle famiglie e degli operatori che si erano già attivati ad aprire i locali scolastici per l’accoglienza mattutina.
Chiediamo, ai responsabili o al responsabile della sicurezza, se il tempo dato loro dall’arrivo dell’Ordinanza della Prefettura era così esiguo da non permettere di evitare il disagio arrecato ai castellani.
Ci auguriamo inoltre che vengano attuate tutte le procedure atte ad evitare che una situazione analoga debba verificarsi nuovamente, l’inverno è ancora molto lungo e le previsioni meteorologiche non lasciano tranquilli.
Come gruppo dell’UDC di Castel Bolognese vigileremo ed interverremo se dovessimo riscontrare inadempienze ed omissioni da parte dell’Amministrazione che creino disagi e malesseri alla comunità castellana.
